  Men:

• Ages 49 & Under - approx. 6,200 - 6,400 yards
• Ages 50-64 - approx. 6,000 - 6,200 yards
• Ages 65-74 - approx. 5,700 - 5,900 yards
• Ages 75-79 - approx. 5,400 - 5,900 yards
• Ages 80 & Over - most forward tee rated for men

  Ladies: most forward tee

• If you submitted a grouping request, or registered as a group, we will place you in a cart with those individuals. Check the "Players" page in the Pairings drop down above to check your pairing request. If you have not yet registered, you can fill out the pairing request in the registration process.
  *All VSGA One-Day Events will require two riders per cart.

• If you have a grouping request that is not listed, please email Kirsten Roberts (kroberts@vsga.org).

• Groupings and starting holes will be sent out by 5:00 pm the day prior to the event and will not be displayed on the event portal until that time.
  *If you check the tee sheet prior to that, you will see an alphabetical grid of registered players - these are not final groups.

• Players will be flighted based on Handicap Index. Gross and net winners in each flight will receive gift certificates valid in the golf shop where the event is being played that day. The total number of prizes will depend on the number of participants and will be determined the morning on the event.

• The VSGA is not responsible for any unclaimed or unredeemed merchandise certificates/gift cards after the date of the One-Day Event.

• The VSGA will not replace any lost of unclaimed merchandise certificates/gift cards after a tournament is played. If you are unable to stay for scoring, prizes will be left in the club's golf shop.

• Expiration dates are at the club's discretion.

• Credits must be requested by calling or emailing the VSGA. No credits will be issued if the player processes their withdrawal through the website.

• Credits must be used, or refunds for credits must be requested in accordance with the policy below, by the final 2024 One-Day Event.

• If a refund is requested, the following will apply:
  • If a participant withdraws at least five (5) days prior to the day of the event - refund is subject to a $10 administrative fee.
  • If a participant withdraws less than five (5) days prior to the day of the event - no refund will be given.

• Food and beverage options are available based on the club's discretion and availability.

• Any changes or updates to the food and beverage schedule will be communicated in player information emails prior to the event.

 Tournament of

 Champions

• The field for the 2024 Tournament of Champions will be set using the 2024 One-Day Player Rankings. You can view the current rankings here.

• Players will receive points based on their overall net finish in each One-Day Event.

• Those in the top 100 of the One-Day Player Rankings as of October 4th will receive an invitiation to the register for the Tournament of Champions, which will be held on Wednesday, November 6th at Spring Creek Golf Club.
